Healthy Cauliflower Pizza Dough
One of the first recipes my class made was healthy pizza dough. I didn't make it, but I did taste it, and if I would've made it, I would've added a touch of cheese. This is a link to a website with the recipe.

REVIEW:
Overall this pizza dough was really good! It had a cauliflower crust that gave it the perfect touch of flavor! You can taste the veggies, while still having it taste like pizza. Cheesy and delicious! Four stars! ****

Lemon balm mint ice tea
Me and my culinary team made some of this, to have with a meal we were making. It's perfect for a hot day, and it's really easy! I boiled the water for it. Here's the recipe link!

REVIEW: This tea was a huge hit in my class! And while I agree good, it was a little too sweet for my taste. Not to mention it does take a while. While this wasn't my favorite recipe I hope you'll like it.

Mint cherry spritzer
Now I didn't make this beverage, but I was able to get the recipe from the people who did. And the link's right here. Courtesy of eatingwell.com.

REVIEW:
After having this sparkling beverage, I can inform you, the reader, that this drink rules over all other sparkling drinks, with the highest prejudice! It's hard to believe this concoction of flavor was made by simply mixing together raspberry puree and common spritzer. And it's even harder to believe the burst of fruity flavor that occurs in your mouth.
Five stars! *****

Mint chocolate frozen yogurt
While this frozen yogurt seemed like a good idea in the beginning, it...well I'll save that for the review. I wasn't on the team that made it, but if I was I would add a lot more chocolate! Here's the link.

REVIEW:
This fro-yo was a disaster! No one in my class liked it, and I can't blame them! It had this strange lemon-y after taste that did not go well with cream part. It didn't even come that solid! It was like a milky pudding! Overall, not my favorite.

Tabbouleh
Now, I'm going to start this by saying that everybody has different taste. And everybody has their own opinion. When we were prepping this, my culinary teacher told my class that this was a popular side dish in the middle east, and that it was eaten frequently. Here's the link to the recipe.

REVIEW:
This Tabbouleh is a total hod podge of different tastes and textures. Before my team marinated it, we decided to taste it, and the first results were SOUR!! The wierd part about it though was that while being so mind-blowingly sour, that was only a piece of the horrible pie! It had this onion after taste that was so bad, it could be used to protect government secrets, not to mention it felt like you were chewing on sand. After we let it marinate, the results were not that different, maybe even worse... Not impressed.

Ratatouille
Trying to utilize at least some of the vegetables in our class's garden, my culinary teacher decided it was time to make something different. And, since we just watched the awesome PIXAR movie "Ratatouille" the choice was obvious! (plus it was fun to saute the veggies) Here's the link for the recipe:

REVIEW:
My kitchen put a lot of work in to this dish and I think it payed off! I did the saute-ing of the vegetables! Smokey with a bunch of different flavors! If I make it again I would definitely add a spaghetti sauce or tomato paste to it unify the flavors. The texture kind of got me, but the sauce would help with that! This is an interesting dish that has awesome potential!
